RVYC’s annual SEA OF LIGHTS parade, Dec 6 at 6:45pm in support of the Salvation Army & Oak Bay Kiwanis. Attractions and viewing at Gyro Park Beach & Willows Beach. Public encouraged to bring non-perishable food or other donation to the Kiwanis or Salvation Army. Non-Members welcome to participate.
