Accommodation in Oak Bay

Oak Bay Guest House

The Oak Bay Guest House, one of the oldest continuously operating bed & breakfasts in Victoria, is a smaller property with a focus on personal service. Originally a Victorian home built in 1912, it was converted to a guest house in 1922. Nine guest rooms and two suites are comfortably furnished and carpeted.  The Fireplace Lounge, complete with a cozy Inglenook Fireplace, is a favorite spot for evening relaxation while the Sun Lounge offers a sunny spot overlooking the garden.

Just minutes from Camosun College, the University of Victoria, and Royal Jubilee Hospital, the Oak Bay Guest House offers special rates to parents and friends visiting students or patients at these facilities or the Oak Bay Village.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel

The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is a luxury waterfront boutique hotel and spa, offering world-class dining, entertainment and adventure programs.

Now taking reservations for 2012, the legendary and redefined Oak Bay Beach Hotel will be a beautiful new Tudor-inspired, luxury boutique hotel and spa. Located on the waterfront, just minutes away from the quaint boutique shops, cafes and galleries of Oak Bay Village. The new Oak Bay Beach Hotel will be a worthy legacy to its renowned predecessor of 70 years and will feature world-class services such as seaside mineral pools, a spa, live dinner theatre performances, fine dining and more!

If outdoor accommodation is what you are seeking, Oak Bay offers a wilderness camping experience that’s only fifteen minutes from civilization. Discovery Island Marine Provincial Park has a designated camping area that offers open field camping. Camping is available year round. Backcountry camping fees apply only to peak season May 1 to September 30.
