Originally a Victorian home built in 1912, it was converted to a guest house in 1922. Nine guest rooms and two suites are comfortably furnished with period wallpaper, carpeting and antique furniture. The Fireplace Lounge, complete with a cozy Inglenook Fireplace, is a favorite spot for evening relaxation while the Sun Lounge offers a sunny spot overlooking the garden.

If outdoor accommodation is what you are seeking, Oak Bay offers a wilderness camping experience that’s only fifteen minutes from civilization. Discovery Island Marine Provincial Park has a designated camping area that offers open field camping. Camping is available year round. Backcountry camping fees apply only to peak season May 1 to September 30.
